Sunday Outreach
We offer mobile outreach every Sunday evening rain or shine in the same location that the previous program, Santa Cruz NEP operated. You can count on us to be on the corner of Coral Street and Limekiln.
What We Offer
Low barrier, easy access to life saving services.
An ear to listen and a place for you to give us your feedback and ideas on how to improve harm reduction in Santa Cruz County.
A place to dispose of all used syringes.
It is vital that we remove syringes from the community. We educate and inform people on the importance of picking up syringes when they find them and proper disposal.
Sterile single use syringes in a variety of sizes.
Various sizes are available for syringe services. Syringes are provided by the California Department of Public Health through the clearinghouse. *Availability can vary, so please check with us.

Provided as needed to a myriad of services including food distribution, housing navigation, treatment options, and healthcare services in clinic settings.

wound care supplies - bandaids, gloves, saline, gauze, surgical tape
